数控加工仿真中精度验证技术的研究
Research on Verification Algorithm of NC Machining Simulation
【摘要】 分析了数控加工仿真精度验证方法,提出扩展Z&N精度验证方法,以两重过滤的形式表示精度验证过程。通过过滤器1滤除使用Z&N法就可以满足验证精度要求的点,对通过的点进行进一步的误差计算,从而提高精度验证效果;过滤器2以区位编码的形式滤除用于精度验证的设计模型三角片集合中的无效三角片,提高验证误差计算效率。将验证效果与国外商用系统进行了对比,说明了算法的应用效果。
【Abstract】 The verification algorithm of NC machining was analyzed and a extended Z&N verification algorithm was presented to denote the verification process in twofold filter. The filter one sifted those points which were within the range of required precision through traditional Z&N verification algorithm .The errors of points which pass the filter one were calculated further. The filter two sifted the invalid triangles of the verification sets of triangles in form of region coding to improve computation efficiency. Comparisons with foreign commercial software systems show the application effecttiveness of the presented algorithm.
