2-甲基吡嗪的合成工艺改进
Study on the synthesis of 2-methylpyrazine
【摘要】 研究了以乙二胺和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成2-甲基吡嗪的工艺路线.通过研究催化剂活性组分及配比、反应温度、反应载气、原料的配比等影响因素,确立了KB-207催化剂具有较高的活性和选择性.这种催化剂在380℃下反应,收率可达到82.6%.
【Abstract】 This process studies a preparing 2-methylpyrazine by vapor-gas phase heterogeneous catalytic dehydration-dehydrogenation reaction of ethylenediamine with propylene glycol.By changing the effects of active components,carry gas and the ratio of water in materials systematically,it is confirmed that KB-207 is an effective and selective catalyst.The catalyst is used at 380 ℃ with a yield of 82.6%.
