【摘要】 目的了解武汉市小学生的肥胖现况及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查方法,对1425名小学三、四年级学生及其家长的一般情况、营养知识、态度、日常行为和生活方式进行调查,并测定学生的身高体重。结果武汉市三、四年级小学生总体肥胖率为10.4%(男13.0%,女7.4%),男女学生肥胖率具有统计学差异(χ2=12.38,P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,学生的性别、对待运动的态度、早餐习惯、吃零食情况、以及家长的文化程度、体重指数、家长的职业、家长为孩子准备蔬菜情况等为学生肥胖的影响因素。结论肥胖主要与学生的一些危险行为因素有关,改变不良行为习惯,将有利于预防和控制肥胖的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the nutritional status of pupils in Wuhan and study the related influencing factors.Methods A cross-sectional survey about nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior was conducted among 1425 pupils(741boys and 686 girls) and their parents,and the pupil’s heights and weights were measured.Results The total obesity rate of the pupils was 10.4%(boy 13.0%,girl 7.4%),the boy’s obesity rate was higher than the girls’ and the difference was significant(χ~2=12.38,P<0.05).By multivariate Logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the pupil’s sex,sock,breakfast,attitude to the physical activity,and the parent’s BMI,educational degree,occupation,whether providing vegetable for the children or not were the influencing factors of the pupil’s obesity.Conclusion The mostly influencing factors were the pupil’s behaviors.To change their bad behaviors can prevent and control the obesity.更多还原
