【摘要】 目的:探讨TRFIA法检测干血纸片TSH的质量控制。方法:对1年的质控干血纸片的TSH值进行统计学χ、P50、s、CV、最大值、最小值等指标分析;同时对血斑不同部位的TSH值测定。结果:质控干血纸片TSH测定值的x、P50均在标准值(真值)的±20范围以内,C1、C2的CV值分别在6.6%~11.7%、3.6%~15.5%;血斑取血部位以中心到边缘的1/2处所测TSH值接近真值。结论:TRFIA法筛查新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症(CH)干血纸片TSH值精密度高,能有效进行质量监控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the quality control of using TRFIA to test TSH in dried blood spots.Methods:Performing the statistical indicators（x,P50,SD,CV,max,min,etc）analysis to TSH in dried blood spots of quality control in a year;testing TSH in the different parts of blood spots simultaneously.Results:The testing indicators（x,P50） of TSH in dried spots of quality control both were in the ±20 range of the standard value（true value）,the CV of C₁,C₂ were separately in 6.6%～11.7%,3.6～15.5%;the TSH testing value was in the 1/2 point of blood spots from center to side approached to the true value.Conclusions:The precision of the TSH testing value in dried blood spots tested by TRFIA to screen newborn Congenital Hypothroidism（CH）is high and the quality can be controlled effectively.更多还原
