真空钎焊炉温度监测控制系统优化设计研究
Study on Optimizing Design of Temp erature Monitoring and Control Systems of Vacuum Brazing Furnace
【摘要】 对DCS系统结构中普遍存在的问题进行了分析讨论,结合当今工控领域流行的现场总线技术(Fieldbus),提出一种基于FCS的DCS设计方案。并以真空钎焊炉温度测控系统设计为例,阐述了该方案的系统组成、功能结构及其关键技术。
【Abstract】 Some of the gener ally existing problems in DCS systematic structure are analyzed and discussed. C ombining with the technology of fieldbus that is currently popularized in indust rial control area, the design strategy b ased on FCS and DCS is proposed. With th e design of temperature monitoring and c ontrol system of vacuum brazing furnace as example, the system composition, func tional structure and critical technologi es of that strategy are described.
