【Abstract】 The scientific research capability is a great strength to promote the progress and prosperous of special education cause.Nevertheless,for a very long time,this kind potential great strength has not been developed and utilized effectively and yet,has not played a positive and big role that it should.The situation should be changed completely.This article analyzes the main factors that lead to the weakness of the scientific research capability and investigates the necessity and concrete measurements to train the scientific research capability of the teachers of special schools.更多还原
