【摘要】 实行有偿服务 ,后勤工作社会化 ,公共设施建设和维护费用共同分担是地勘单位后勤工作改革的基本方向。改革的难点是 :(1)职工对福利后勤的依恋度高 ;(2 )建设“欠帐”多 ,设施不配套 ;(3)物业管理意识淡薄 ;(4 )管理体制不顺 ;(5 )管理人员素质难以满足要求 ;(6 )后勤经费筹措困难。文章最后针对改革中将遇到的难点提出推进地勘单位后勤工作改革的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic direction for the reform of logistic work includes: service with compensation; socialization of logistic work, common share in public infrastructure construction, and maintenance expense. Difficult points as follow: workers are great attached to welfare logistics; bills due for construction and unnecessary facilities; short of awareness of property service; imperfect management system; the low quality of management personnel; as well as difficult in raising logistic funds. Finally, the paper puts forward ideas for improving logistic work in geological exploration institution.更多还原
