简便的膜材预张力测量法及测量仪器验证试验

【摘要】 为了满足我国目前膜结构行业的工程需要,从根本上寻找一个方便、可靠并且精确度较高的膜材预张力测量方法,根据建筑膜材的力学性能,研究了一定尺寸的膜片的预张力与所施加的平面外气压的关系,提出了一个便捷的膜材预张力测量方法——拟索法。该方法是通过可控制、可量测的气压值反推出膜材在各方向上的预张力。以此方法为原理制作而成的测量仪器,其操作的可靠性及测量结果的精确性在最后的试验中得到了验证。

【Abstract】 To meet the need of a high-precision pretension measurement which is convenient for operation and reliable in theory for membrane structures,according to the material properties of the structural membranes,a new approach "cable analogy" for the determination of the membrane pretensions is proposed in this paper.The approach combines out-plane displacement measurement and theoretical relations between the displacement and the initial pretension of the membrane.The idea is supported by appropriate formulas describing the pretension-displacement behavior of rectangle-shaped,stretched membranes under uniform normal load.Based on this technique,measuring instrument is finally assembled.The measurement reliabi(lity) and accuracy of the instrument are validated by the test.
