红树药用植物桐花树化学成分的研究
Chemical constituents from Mangrove: Aegiceras Corniculatum
【摘要】 目的:研究桐花树的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,薄层色谱及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从其树皮的乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分分得6个化合物,其结构鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅰ),原儿茶酸(protocate-chu ic ac id,Ⅱ),香草酸(Van illic ac id,Ⅲ),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅳ),sch imperinone(Ⅴ),prim alagen ih A(Ⅵ)。结论:以上各化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 AIM: To study the chemical constituents from the stem bark of Aegiceras Corniculatum. METHODS: The compounds were extracted by alcohol and isolated by silica gel column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. RESULTS: Six compounds were identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),protocatechuic acid(Ⅱ), Vanillic acid(Ⅲ),daucosterol(Ⅳ),schimpefinone(Ⅴ),Primulagenin A(Ⅵ). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from this plant and reported for the first time.
