苯酚硫酸法测定杂多糖含量的研究

【摘要】 目的:确立一种能够准确测定杂多糖中总糖含量的实验方法。方法:采用酸水解多糖,GC法分析各组成糖比例,配制相应的标准溶液,用苯酚硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果:实验结果良好,标准糖混合溶液在8.56~38.52mg·L-1浓度

【Abstract】 AIM: To develop a new method based on phenol-sulfuric reaction for the determination of hetero-polysaccharide. METHODS: The proportion of sugars in the hetero-polysaccharide was determined by GC. According to standard solution obtained, Heteropolysaccharide can be determined through the standard curve. ( RESULTS:)The linear relationship of standard solution of mixed sugars was at the range of 8.56-38.52 mg/L-1. CONCLUSION: GC and phenol-sulfuric acid method can be used to determine the heteropolysaccharide accurately.
