【Abstract】 According to the investigation of diamond tools industry’s development and application of innovation in the recent year at home and abroad,it is important and must be take attention to use of diamond coating and pre-alloyed powder, introduction of volumetric cold press and new sintering techniques and equipment, promotion of laser welding of saw blades, diamond wire saw and metallization of diamond and brazed diamond grid tool and application of diamond tool in semiconductor, especially of CMP’s manufacturing.更多还原
