【摘要】 目的探讨眼络通冲剂的抗凝血、抗炎和提高吞噬细胞功能作用。方法将实验动物平均分成5组,其中眼络通冲剂低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予眼络通冲剂5,10,20 g.kg-1;另设丹参组和对照组,丹参组腹腔注射给予复方丹参注射液5 g.k-g1;对照组灌胃给予等量纯化水;各组给药均为每天1次,连续10 d。测定眼络通冲剂对大鼠凝血时间和小鼠出血时间、小鼠耳廓肿胀程度、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果与对照组比较,眼络通冲剂能延长大鼠凝血时间和小鼠断尾出血时间,抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加;提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结论眼络通冲剂具有抗凝血、抗炎和提高吞噬细胞功能作用,可抑制炎性渗出,促进淤血吸收,从而起到治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of yanlaotoang granules on anticoagulation,anti-inflammation and phagocytosis. Method The experimental animals were divided into 3 treatment groups,danshen group and the control group.The treatment groups received 5,10,20 g·kg^-1 yanlaotoang granules,ig;danshen group received danshen injection of 5(g·kg^-1),ip;the control group received pure water,ig,for 10 d.Coagulation time,bleeding time,ear swelling induced by croton oil,capillary permeability of abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid and phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages in mice were tested. Results In the treatment group,the coagulation time and bleeding time were significantly prolonged;the ear swelling induced by croton oil relieved;the abdominal capillary permeability suppressed and the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages promoted. Conclusion Yanlaotong granules have anti-coagulation and anti-inflammation effects and promote phagocytosis.It may improve eye circulation by reducing inflammatory exudation.更多还原
