【摘要】 目的总结采用胸腔镜辅助小切口手术(VAMT)行肺大疱切除治疗自发性气胸的经验。方法2000年1月至2004年6月,采用VAMT行肺大疱切除治疗自发性气胸37例,年龄14-49岁,其中合并大出血7例,均采用自体血回输。结果全部手术获得成功,无中转及死亡病例。术后肺膨胀不全3例,肺部轻度感染2例,经治疗后均痊愈。随访35例,占94.6%,最长4年5月,无1例复发。结论VAMT行肺大疱切除治疗自发性气胸效果可靠,经济实用,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Sum up the experience of video - assisted thoracopic surgery(VATS) in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax caused by parenchymal blebs and bullae. Methods 37 patients whose ages are 14 to 49 were treated by VATS in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax caused by parenchymal blebs and bullae from January 2000 to June 2004. 7 patients of them were combined with massive haemorrhage, and the way of self - blood transfusion had been taken on each of them. Results All of the operations were successful. There was no operative transferring and death. Three of the patients had developed postoperative lung air leak and two of them got lung low - grade infection. All of the 5 patients recovered successfull y after treatment. 94.6% of the patients which is 35 people has been followed up for 53 months after VATS and there is no recurrence happening on them. Conclusion Since VATS is safe, effective, reliable and economic in the treatment of sponataneous pneumothorax caused by parenchymal blebs and bullae, it is worth promoting and popularizing.更多还原
