口腔盘状红斑狼疮和鳞癌组织中iNOS表达的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨一氧化氮在口腔盘状红斑狼疮、口腔鳞癌发生中所起的作用。方法以正常口腔粘膜作对照,采用免疫组化 SP 法检测30例口腔盘状红斑狼疮和10例口腔鳞癌组织中的 iNOS 表达。结果正常口腔粘膜 iNOS 阴性表达;盘状红斑狼疮组和鳞癌组 iNOS 表达较正常粘膜组均显著增加(P<0.01);盘状红斑狼疮组与鳞癌组之间以及盘状红斑狼疮组按其有无上皮异常增生的分组间 iNOS 的表达均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 iNOS 在口腔盘状红斑狼疮和鳞癌发生、发展中起着重要的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of nitric oxide in oral discoid lupus erythematosus(DLE)and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).Methods The expression of iNOS in 30 cases of oral discoid lupus erythematosus and 10 cases of OSCC were evaluated by immunohis- tochemstry SP staining and 10 normal oral mucosa used as control.Results The express of iNOS was negtive in the normal oral mucosa.The ex- pression of iNOS in both DLE and OSCC was significantly higher than that in normal oral mucosa(P<0.01).No significant difference of iNOS staining was found between DLE and OSCC groups(P>0.05)and between subgroups of DLE in terms of degrees of differatiation(P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of iNOS in DLE and OSCC was higher.It may play an important role in the transformation of OSCC and DLE.
