浅析我国农地承包经营权流转的二元化格局

【摘要】 发达地区和不发达地区相关条件的差异导致了我国农地承包经营权流转的二元化格局,对此我们应采取分而治之的方法,来促进我国农地承包经营权的流转。

【Abstract】 The difference of cond itions between developed and underdeveloped areas has caused the dual struc-ture in the circulation of management rights of contracted land. This structure demands different regulation to smooth the circulation of the rights.
