【Abstract】 As mortgage rights have the attributes of value and subrogation, the recourse of these rights may undergo dint variation to balance the benefits of the parties concerned in a smooth and orderly trade. In the case of the original property having being transferred, the recourse right to the original property is lost but the new property gained from the transfer still bears the mortgage rights. Thus, the recourse of the mortgage rights is realized in subrogation.更多还原
