低频电穴位刺激与哈伯因治疗脑外伤后记忆及认知障碍的对照观察

【摘要】 目的 :比较观察低频电穴位刺激与哈伯因对颅脑外伤患者记忆、认知功能障碍的治疗作用。方法 :取有明显记忆、认知功能障碍颅脑外伤住院病人 ,随机分成哈伯因治疗组与低频电组 ,分别口服哈伯因及低频电穴位刺激大脑皮层参与记忆认知功能整合部位在头部投射区的穴位 ,治疗最长 5 2d ,最短 2 7d、平均 2 8 5d。治疗前后进行临床疗效及MQ ,MMSE ,FAQ总分比较。结果 :两组治疗后记忆、认知功能均有明显改善。哈伯因组总有效率 96 %稍高于低频电组 94 % ,MQ和MMSE治疗前后评分自身对比增值显著 ,FAQ总分下降。经t检验 ,两组间比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :低频电穴位刺激治疗可产生低频电和穴位的协同综合作用 ,与哈伯因一样均可改善颅脑外伤患者记忆、认知功能障碍。

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effectiveness of low frequency electric point stimulation with huperzine in the treatment of memory and cognitive obstacle after the brain traumatism.Methods:The patients with pronounced memory and cognitive obstacle after brain traumatism in the hospital were chosen and divided into two groups randomly (I,huperzine;II,low frequency electric point stimulation).Group I took huperzineorally,and group II were treated by low frequeney electric point stimulntion on the location where cerebral cortex participating in memory and cognition was throwing on the head. The longest treatment course was 52 days,the shortest was 27 days and the average was 28.5 days,then compared the effectiveness and MQ,MMSE,FAQ before and after the treatment.Results:The Memory and cognitive obstacle of the two groups improved markedly after therapy.The overall effective rate of group I(96%)was slightly higher than that of group II(94%).The score of MQ and MMSE improved obviously and FAQ reduced.Examined by t,there was no significant difference between group I and II(P<0.05).Conclusion: Low frequency electric point stimulation combines the loaction both low flequency electricity and points,and improves the memory and cognitive obstacle after brain traumatism as well as huperzine.
