【摘要】 采用CCPM(ConstrainedChemicalPotentialMethod)法分析PbSOH系多组元平衡,共考虑27个气相组分和5个凝固相组分。结果表明,水蒸气焙烧PbS精矿,增加湿度、H2、S2、SO2和PbO分压及减少PbS分压都有可能使气相中Pb的分数减少。Pb(l)、Pb(s)、PbO(s)、PbSO4(s)及PbS(s)在氧势较弱的焙烧气氛下可能形成冷凝态产物。

【Abstract】 The multi-components equilibrium of the Pb-S-O-H system is analyzed by using a Constrained Chemical Potential Method (CCPM). A total 27 species in vapor phase and 5 condensable constituents are considered. The results show that the Pb fraction in gas phrase is reduced with the increase of the moisture and the partial pressure of H2、S2、SO2 and PbO, and with the decrease of the partial pressure of PbS. The condensed products of Pb (l), Pb (s), PbO (s), PbSO 4(s) and PbS (s) can be formed under the roasting atmosphere with weak oxygen potential.
