【Abstract】 In 2001, World Commission on Dams(WCD), a provisional organization sponsored by IUCN and WB submitted the report "Dams and Development: A New Policy-making Framework" whose main idea was a negative attitude towards the building of dams, which caused much misunderstanding about dams among the general public. The commissions on dams in India, Canada and China criticized some conclusions in this report in order to ensure a correct understanding of the building of dams.更多还原
