【摘要】 目的观察临床应用伢典凝胶微创祛除老年人根面龋齿腐质的效果。方法选择65颗老年人根面龋患牙,用伢典凝胶微创去腐,与传统牙钻去腐相对照,比较两组老年人合作程度,去腐过程疼痛情况,牙髓、软组织损伤,安全去尽腐质情况,本人满意程度及3月后填物脱落情况。结果微创去腐组老年人合作率为93.8%,无疼痛率为95.4%。安全去尽腐质率为92.3%。满意率为98.4%,与对照组相比均有显著差异。3月后充填物无脱落率为95.3%。与对照组相比无显著性差异。结论微创龋齿去腐无痛,可获得老年人良好合作,能去尽腐质且无软组织刺激损伤,患者满意,临床应用方便、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective　To observe the effects of chemo -mechanical caries removal with Carisolv gel inroot caries of oldpatients .Method　The decayed dentin of 65 root cariesteeth were removed with chemo -mechanical gel Carisolv .The effects were compared with 63 root caries teeth which were treated by routine methods .The observation itemsincluded the degree of co -operation of the patients ,the feelings of pain ,the exposure of pulp ,the satisfaction ofpatient and the filling material fallingrate .Results　Compared withthe routing methods group ,the test group hadvery effective results :91·3 %patients co -opereted very well ,95·4 %had no pain ,92·3 %had no injury of thepulp and other tissues ,98·4 %patients satisfied withthe treatment . There were no differences betweentwo groupsonthe filling material fallingrate after 3 monthsfollow-up .Conclusion　Chemo -mechanical caries removal hasvery good effects .It can get good co -operation of the old patients .It is safe for the pulp and other tissue .It canalso remove decayed tissue thoroughly .更多还原
