【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>Ecological compensation abides by the principle of the person who destructs and get benefits will compensate. The principle is accord to the ecological ethnics principles. Developed country should undertake certain responsibilities to present ecological crisis and they should provide no-returned aid to developing countries.
