密花石豆兰化学成分的研究

【摘要】密花石豆兰全草通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析和SephadexLH-20柱层析等方法分离得 4个化合物。波谱分析确定它们的结构分别为 3 ’, 4 ’’-二羟基-3 ’’, 5 ’-二甲氧基联苄 (1, gigantol); 3 ’, 3 ’’-二羟基 -5 ’-甲氧基联苄(2, batatasinIII); 7-羟基-2-甲氧基 -1, 4 -菲醌 (3, densiflorolB)和 2, 5 -二羟基 -4 -甲氧基菲 ( 4,moscatin)。化合物 3和 4首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物 1和 2首次从密花石豆兰中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four compounds （14） were extracted and isolated from the all herbs of Bulbophyllum odoratissimum by repeated chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis (1H NMR, ¹³C NMR, NOESY and EIMS) to be gigantol （1）, batatasin Ⅲ （2）, densiflorol B （3） and moscatin （4） respectively. Compounds 3 and 4 were first isolated from the genus of Bulbophyllum, and compounds 1 and 2 originally from Bulbophyllum odoratissimum.更多还原
