【摘要】 结合常化炉前钢板长度测量的工程实际需要,分析了工厂运行时的实际环境和钢板长度较长、变化范围大的技术难点,利用CCD成像以及数字图像处理方法,给出了用多个光电开关与传统方法相结合的一种运动钢板尺寸测量解决方案。分析了这种方案的优点,研究了与这种方案相关的各方面技术和构建系统时需要注意的问题以及可行的解决办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with practical requirement of steel plate length measurement before entering into heat treatment furnace,practical surrondings and technical difficulties in field operation are analyzed,for example,longer plate and larger plate length change range.With CCD imaging technique and digital image processing method,a size measurement solution for moving steel plate is presented.Technical problems associated with the solution are also studied and corresponding methods to solve the problems are provided.更多还原
