【摘要】 目的探讨P73和PTEN的表达与子宫内膜样腺癌发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测P73和PTEN在正常增生、增生过长的子宫内膜和子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达。结果P73在正常增生和增生过长的子宫内膜中阳性表达率低于子宫内膜样腺癌(P<0.01)。PTEN在正常增生及增生过长的子宫内膜中的阳性表达则高于子宫内膜样腺癌(P<0.01)。结论P73和PTEN在子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展过程中发挥作用,且两种抗体的联合检测对于子宫内膜样腺癌的早期诊断及预后判定均有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of P⁷³ and PTEN to the cause and development of the endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression of P⁷³ and PTEN in the endometrium with normal proliferative tissue and over- proliferative tissue and endometrial adenocarcinoma were dectect by the immunohistochemical technique （S-P） respectively.Results The positive expression rate of P⁷³ in the endometrium with normal proliferative and over-proliferative tissue is lower than that in endometrial adenocarcinoma （P<0.01）, while the positive expression rate of PTEN is higher （P>0.01）.Conclusion P⁷³and PTEN play a role in the cause and development of the endometrial adenocarcinoma. There was some significance of the deteetion of the two anthisubstances for the early diagnosis and the determininiation of the prognosis in the enometrial adenocarcinoma. 【更多还原
