酸洗—冷连轧机组张力辊联轴节故障分析与改进

【摘要】 针对酸洗—冷连轧机组6#张力辊联轴节故障频繁进行了深入研究和分析,并根据工况对原设计安装的联轴节的齿轮模数、齿宽及材质进行了改进实验,同时对改进前后的齿根弯曲疲劳强度进行了校核。改进后的联轴节可提高使用寿命5倍。

【Abstract】 The coupling frequently trouble of 6~# bridle of the CDCM line is analyzed deeply.According to the working condition, the original module,width and material of the coupling gear are modified.At the same time,the bending fatigue strength of dedendum before and after the modification were checked.The lifetime of the modified coupling can be improved five times.
