【摘要】 详细地介绍了动态设定型DAGC原理和实现方法,并在攀钢热连轧厂工业化应用。首次应用当量刚度设定模型,简化操作,使各种规格带钢厚度精度明显提高,质量指标达到1/4ASTM95%以上。

【Abstract】 The principle and method of Dynamic AGC, industry application in hot strip mill of Pansteel are introduced, the gain coefficient by set-up module for the first time are calculated, the operation is predigest for equivalent rigidity module. Quality performance exceed the quarter ASTM 95%.
