电火花线切割加工氮化硅陶瓷表面质量的研究

【摘要】 陶瓷材料特性鲜明,有着广泛的应用前景。陶瓷表面质量决定了其应用范围及使用寿命。借助实验方法,研究分析了高速电火花线切割加工Si3N4 陶瓷材料的表面质量。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with an experimental study on the surface quality of Si3N4 ceramics by WEDM–HS（wire electro-discharge machining heating surface）. Some rules is proposed on the basis of investigating the mechanisms of ceramics.
