2,4-二氯苯基荧光酮光度法测定热镀锌合金中微量锡
Spectrophotometric determination of trace tinⅡ in hot-dipped zinc alloy with 2,4-dichlorophenyfluorone
【摘要】 在酸性介质中,2,4-二氯苯基荧光酮与Sn(在草酸存在下瞬间即形成稳定的橘红色络合物。λmax=520 nm,ε=1.10×105,25 mL溶液中锡含量在0~10μg范围内符合比尔定律,据此建立了2,4-二氯苯基荧光酮分光光度法测定微量Sn(的新方法。此方法选择性高,大量Zn2+和其它共存离子不干扰锡的测定,在实际应用中取得满意效果。
【Abstract】 In a acid medium,tinⅡ can instantly form a stable nacarat complex with 2,4-dichlorophenyfluorone in the presence of oxalic acid and TritonX-100,which can be determined by spectrophotomety.The maximum absorption of the complex is at 520 nm with molar absorptivity of 1.10×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~10 μg/25 mL for tinⅡ.The method has been applied to the determination of trace tin? in hot-dipped zinc alloy.
