用ATUL F型活性染料克服轧染色差

【摘要】 为克服活性染料轧染左中右和头尾色差,探讨了ATULF型活性染料的Rf值、溶解度、碱剂和固色时间对固色率的影响;并通过牢度测试;确定了轧染工艺:染中深色时,应选择活性红F3B、黄F3R、藏青FB三原色拼混;染浅色时选择活性红F3B、黄F3R、蓝FBR拼混。

【Abstract】 In order to prevent the side to side shading and tailing, effects of factors such as R_f value, solubility, alkali and fixing time on fixation rate are discussed, pad dyeing process is determined based on the color fastness. Results show that combination of reactive red F3B, yellow F3R, cyan FB is suitable for dark shade while reactive red F3B, yellow F3R, blue FBR for light shade.
