【摘要】 FM1808是采用先进的铁电技术制造的256K的非易失性的铁电随机存储器,本文介绍一种它与8XC196KC接口的方法.

【Abstract】 The FM1808 is a 256-kilobit nonvolatile memory employing an advanced ferroelectrics process. This paper introduces the method that the FM1808 interfaces with the 8XC196KC.
