【Abstract】 Introduced simply smart sensor based on μC/OS -Ⅱthat was used to check welding-seam. Especially, discussed the material of sensor,microprocessor circuit and the process of μC/OS - Ⅱtransplantation in detail. For example, the sensor is made by GMR(Giant Magneto Resistive), in order to improve the real time performance and stability performance of system, the software was based on μC/OS - Ⅱ .
