【Abstract】 Myocardial collagen is an important part of myocardial interstitium.It maintains constitional and functional integrity of heart with cardial muscle cell.The process of hypertention will lead to enhancement of myocardial stiffness.It limits myocardial activity and affects functions of myocardial contraction and relax.In recent study,above-mentioned manifestions deeply relate to myocardial fibrosis.This article narrates characteristic,mechanism,serolog and drug inversion of myocardial fibrosis in hypertension.更多还原
