【摘要】 分析了国外高技术企业运用专利制度的策略,预测了国外高技术企业运用专利制度的趋势,为我国高新技术企业提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 The paper analyses the use of patent system strategy in foreign high-tech corporations and forecasts the tendency of patent system. It can also be used as the reference for Chinese high-tech corporations.
