粘结稀土磁致伸缩材料制备工艺研究
Preparation Process of Epoxy Bonded Magnetostrictive Composites
【摘要】 研究了制备工艺对粉末粘结材料的磁致伸缩性能的影响。结果表明,在磁场下成型可以提高粉末粘结材料的磁致伸缩性能,固化温度对粉末粘结材料的密度及抗压强度有明显影响。
【Abstract】 Epoxy bonded magnetostrictive composite is compound with Terfenol-D powder and epoxy bond. The preparation process were investigated. It is found that the magnetic molding can increase the magnetostictin of the epoxy bonded magnetostrictive composites. The solidify temperature obviously affects the density and intensity of the epoxy bonded magnetostrictive composites.
