Pt/CeO2-ZrO2整体催化剂上水汽变换反应催化性能的研究

【摘要】 制备了用于水汽变换反应的Pt/CeO2-ZrO2整体催化剂,考察了不同制备方法、洗涤工艺以及Ce-Zr氧化物的不同担载量等因素对水汽变换整体催化剂性能的影响。结果表明均相沉淀法制备的Ce-Zr氧化物在蜂窝表面形成均匀的涂层,催化剂的活性较高,最佳使用温度为 300℃。与水洗工艺相比,采用醇洗工艺可以适当提高催化剂的活性,并且当Ce-Zr担载量为20%-100%时,催化剂的活性随着担载量的增加而逐渐升高。还考察了空速和不同水气比这两个反应工艺参数对催化性能的影响。

【Abstract】 CeO2-ZrO2 mixed oxide was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method and used as wash coat of Pt-based monolithic catalyst for water gas shift reaction. The results indicate that CeO2-ZrO2 mixed oxide shapes a uniform layer on honeycomb and the catalyst shows high activity at temperature 300 ℃. During the preparation of homogenous precipitation, the precipitate washing by alcoholic substance gave a better catalytic activity than that washing by water. The tests also show that the CeO2-ZrO2 washcoat load-ings play an important role on catalytic performance of Pt/CeO2-ZrO2. It indicates that different loadings lead to different CO conversion. The catalyst of 100% CeO2-ZrO2 loadings obtain the highest CO conversion. Both the loadings of washcoat material and the preparation raethod are important. And it is also found that the catalytic activity can be affected on the space velocity and the steam/gas ratios. The results show that decreasing the space velocity and increasing the steam/ratio will improve the CO conversion of water gas shift reaction.
