YX拟青霉菌发酵液浓缩物对马铃薯晚疫病菌的离体抑制活性

【摘要】 测定YX拟青霉菌发酵液浓缩物(YFP)对不同生长发育阶段的马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑菌活性,发现YFP对晚疫病菌游动孢子的释放、菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用,4g/L的YFP对晚疫病菌游动孢子释放的相对抑制率达93 36%,2g/L的YFP对菌丝生长的相对抑制率达63 00%,但YFP对孢子囊和游动孢子的萌发几乎没有抑制活性。

【Abstract】 The inhibitory activity of fermentation liquid condensate of YX Paecilomyces farinosus (YFP) against Phytophthora infestans was tested at different stages, in vitro. The results showed that YFP strongly inhibited the mycelia growth and the release of zoospores from sporangia. The mycelia growth rate was inhibited 63.00 % at dose of 2 g/ L. The inhibition rate of release of zoospores from sporangia by YFP at the dose of 4 g/ L was 93.36 %. But YFP almost had no effect on the inhibitory activity of the germination of zoospores and sporangia.
