【摘要】 目的研究甘草酸二铵对人肺癌细胞系A549增殖的影响。方法采用A549细胞体外培养的方法,以MTT3、[H]-TdR掺入法及流式细胞术观察细胞的增殖情况。结果甘草酸二铵能促进A549细胞代谢MTT,增加其3[H]的掺入率,并呈现剂量依赖性。在100ng/ml时,流式细胞术显示,甘草酸二铵可抑制A549细胞由静止期进入DNA合成期。结论甘草酸二铵能呈剂量依赖型抑制A549细胞的分裂增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study whether Dammonii Glycyrrhizinatis could affect proliferation of A549 cell line.Methods The experiments were performed by using the culture of A549 in vitro and the method of MTT,~3[H]-TdR corporation and flow cytometry for observing proliferation of cells.Results Dammonii Glycyrrhizinatis was able to inhibit the metabolism of MTT and corporation of ~3[H]-TdR of A549 in a dose dependent manner.Flow cytometry showed that Dammonii Glycyrrhizinatis decreased proliferation index of A549 in dosage of 100ng/ml.Conclusion Dammonii Glycyrrhizinatis is able to inhibit proliferation of A549 in a dose dependent manner.更多还原
