【Abstract】 In the later period of the Three-district Revolution, against the background of complex and changing historical context, the government of Three-district Revolution tried to make the economic construction recover and develop by focusing on three aspects, namely, production in farming and animal husbandry, rectification of finance, development in industry, commerce and transportation.
