【摘要】 目的评价头孢吡肟(马斯平)治疗儿童呼吸道中重度细菌性感染的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、开放的临床研究方法,50例住院儿童,临床诊断为支气管肺炎,血白细胞总数和/或中性粒细胞高于正常,常规作咽拭子和痰培养以及血培养+药敏试验。记录药物治疗过程中有无不良反应出现。结果50例儿童中痊愈44例,占88%,显效5例,占10%,总有效率为98%,无效1例,无复发病例。所有50例在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论头孢吡肟(马斯平)治疗儿童呼吸道中重度细菌性感染的疗效显著,无不良反应,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the effect and safety of cefepime(maxipime) in treatment of children with moderate and severe respiratory infection. Methods 50 cases of children in-patient, who were diagnosed as pneumonia with white blood cells and/or neutrophils increased, were observed with a random and open way. The Pharynx swabs and sputums as well as bloods were cultured in 50 cases. The criteria of treatment effect was judged as follow: cure referred to all symptoms and signs disappeared, significant effect referred to main symptoms and signs disappeared or condition remission obvious, while inefficacy referred to all symptoms and signs existed or exacerbation, recurrence referred to exacerbation after condition remission. The side-effects of the drug were observed and recorded. Results 44 of 50 cases (88%) were cured, 5of 50 cases (10%) being significant effected, 1 of 50 cases(2%) failed, no recurrence case either. No side-effect of maxipime was found during treatment. Conclusion Cefepime(maxipime) was efficacious on children with moderate and severe respiratory infection, and it was also safety.更多还原
