【摘要】 目的总结采用血管壁外瓣膜修复成形术治疗原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的围手术期护理经验。方法回顾性分析18例(20条肢体)原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全围手术期的心理护理、术后并发症的观察、康复训练指导等护理措施。结果18例(20条肢体)中术后无1例出现静脉血栓、淋巴渗漏等并发症及切口感染。随访2个月～4年,有静脉性跛行、久站时出现胀破性疼痛和肿胀症状的20条肢体中,其中症状完全消失有17条肢体,明显改善有3条肢体。结论做好围手术期的心理护理,术后并发症的观察及康复训练指导对降低术后并发症的发生,提高手术成功率具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of nursing for deep vein valve insufficiency in the lower limbs. Methods Psychological nursing, observation for complications after operation, nursing and rehabilitation training in eighteen patients with deep vein valve insufficiency in the lower limbs were analyzed retrospectively. Results No one had complications. No wound infection occurred. Conclusions Appropriate psychological nursing, observation and nursing for postoperative complications and rehabilitation training can reduce the complications and improve the rate of success of operation.更多还原
