运动过程中体液调节激素生理节律变化对血浆容量的影响
Influence of circadian rhythm changes of humoral regulation hormones on plasma volume during exercise
【摘要】 目的:研究运动过程中体液调节激素的生理节律变化对血浆容量的影响,探讨在早晨和下午运动对机体产生的不同影响。方法:上海体育学院康复系16名身体健康的男性大学生于2001-11分别参加二次功率自行车运动实验,第1次在早晨5:00,第2次在1周后的下午5:00。运动中负荷达到心率140次/min并持续运动1h,之后休息1h。分别在运动前、中和休息期间测定血浆心钠素、醛固酮、精氨酸加压素,同时测定血浆容量的变化、体质量的变化、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血、尿钠、钾离子变化。结果:①运动前血浆醛因酮、精氨酸加压素和心钠素早晨比下午高(P<0.05),呈现出明显的日节律性变化,在运动中都明显升高,而且它们的这种节律性差异在运动中仍然十分显著。②在不同时间运动(早晨和下午)对血浆容量产生重要的影响,表现在早晨运动血浆容量的减少犤早晨减少(6.1±0.9)%;下午减少(4.1±0.6)%,P<0.05犦和体质量的下降比下午严重犤早晨:(1.03±0.04)kg;下午:(0.87±0.02)kg,P<0.05犦,即早晨运动导致脱水更严重。③运动中激素的变化与血浆容量和电解质的变化高度相关(P<0.05),提示在运动中体液调节激素的生理节律变化对维持体液平衡起到重要作用。结论:①体液调节激素呈现出明显的节律性分泌,而且在运动中这种节律性仍然明显。②进行相
【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the effect of circadian rhythm changes of humoral regulatio n hormones on the plasma volume during exercise,and probe into the different inf luence on organ caused by exercise in the morning and afternoon. METHODS:In November 2004,16 healthy male undergraduates,who were studying in t he Department of Rehabilitation,Shanghai Institute of Physical Education,partici pated in the exercise experiment of cycle ergometer twice at 5:00 in the morning and 17:00 after one week respectively,with the intensity that heart rate raised to 140 beats per minute for one hour, and then took a 1 hour rest. Plasma atri al natriuretic peptides(ANP),aldosterone(ALD) and arginine vasopressin(AVP) were determined before, during and after exercise respectively,besides,the changes o f plasma volume,body mass,hemoglobin,haematocrit(Hct),ions of natrum(Na+) and k alium(K+) in blood and urine were also determined. RESULTS:①Before exercise,plasma ANP,ALD and AVP were all higher in the mornin g than in the afternoon,which showed an obvious change with diurnal rhythm. Plas ma ANP,ALD and AVP were all obviously increased during exercise,and this kind of change was still very significant.②Exercise both in the morning and afternoon had important influence on PV,it was manifested by the more decrease of PV and r educe of body mass in the morning[(6.1±0.9) %and(1.03±0.04) kg]than in the af ternoon[(4.1±0.6) %and(0.87±0.02) kg](P< 0.05),that was, exercise in the morn ing could lead to more deprivation of body fluids.③During exercise,the changes of hormones were highly correlated with PV and electrolyte changes,which indicat ed that the circadian rhythm changes of humoral regulation hormones played an im portant role in maintaining the balance of body fluid during exercise.
