脱毒裂萼草莓的光合特性研究

【摘要】 对脱毒裂萼草莓的叶绿素含量、生长温度、光强及叶绿素荧光参数变化进行了研究.结果表明:脱毒裂萼草莓叶绿素含量为2.885 mg/g.fw,较病叶提高了21.58%;在光强为0~2 000μmol.m-2.s-1范围内,净光合速率(Pn)随光强的增加而增加,直到光饱和点,最大值为10.5μmol CO2.m-2.s-1;在温度为0~17℃时,Pn随温度增加而升高,17~40℃时,Pn随温度增加而下降,测出其最适生长温度为17℃左右;叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm变化较小.

【Abstract】 The changes of chlorphyll contents,growing temperature,the light intensity and fluorescence parameters of the virusfree Fragaria daltoniana were studied.The result showed that chlorophyll contents of the virusfree Fragaria daltoniana was 2.885 mg/g·fw,and increased by 21.58% compared with the control.Within the range of 0~2 000 μmol·m-2·s-1,the net photosynthetic rate increased with the increase of the light intensity,the peak value was 10.5 μmol·m-2·s-1 at 2 000 μmol·m-2·s-1.Pn raised within 0~17℃ while it reduced within 17~40℃.From this experiment,we found that the most suitable growing temperature for strawberry was about 17℃.Chorophyll fluorescence parameter showed that the Fv/Fm had little change.
