【摘要】 目的了解某市监狱、劳教所羁押、收教人员艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况及影响因素,为制定控制策略和措施提供依据。方法使用描述性研究方法对全市16 340名羁押、收教人员的HIV感染的血清流行病学调查资料进行综合分析。结果共发现HIV感染者38人,感染率0.23%。经血传播为主要传播途径。结论该市羁押、收教人员HIV感染形势严峻,应尽快采取健康教育、行为干预和相应监管控制措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the HIV infection situation among prisoners and to probe high risk factors for HIV spreading and provide evidence for prevention and control.Methods 16340 prisoners were recruited for investigation and their medical histories of blood donation or transfusion were collected.Blood samples were taken and seruma were separated for anti-HIV test.Results 38 prisoners were confirmed to be infected by HIV in this survey.The positive rate of HIV antibody was 0.23%.The major HIV infection route was through blood transmission among prisoners.Conclusions There was a higher prevalence rate of HIV infection among prisoners in this city.It is necessary to enhance HIV management and take effective measures to prevent further HIV transmission among prisoners.更多还原
