【摘要】 目的通过对商业性行为女性群体(CSW)开展行为监测,为评估干预效果及今后制定针对该人群有效干预措施提供连续的、系统的、可参考的依据。方法按照艾滋病(AIDS)综合监测方案对CSW进行行为调查。结果调查人群的艾滋病关键传播知识知晓率从50.4%上升为62.8%,但不同地区的目标人群在综合知识上仍需进一步巩固和提高,特别是对蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病病毒(HIV)这一关键传播知识的错误率很高(两年平均在30%左右)。通过干预使用安全套、求医行为及危险自我认知意识有提高,最近1个月坚持使用安全套从32.5%上升为51.9%,性病检查比例也由43.9%上升为61.3%。结论应根据当地文化背景、实际情况和目标人群需求制定可行的干预计划,进一步提高干预的质量,为目标人群提供多种服务(同伴教育、安全套促进、性病服务、自愿检测咨询、培训等),并应根据知识掌握情况调整健康教育的策略和方法,在制作及提供IEC材料方面应根据知识掌握情况注意侧重点、可接受性及发放途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control through behavior surveillance survey among CSWs.Methods Conduct behavior surveillance surveys were conducted according to operation proess and investigation method of behavior surveillance survey plan.Results The target populations have improved remarkably their knowledge for HIV/AIDS through health education and the percentage of transmission knowledge was incresed from 50.4% to 62.8%.But they still lacked of comprehensive knowledge such as mosquito knowledge point(average percentage was 30%).High risk behavior had been changed by holding intervention such as condom using,search for the STD service and risk consciousness.Condom use for the last month was from 32.5% to 51.9% and the percentage of STD examining was from 43.9% to 61.3%.Conclusion Intervention planning should be set out according to the local culture,situation analysis and the need of CSW.The effect of intervention must be strengthened and the quality of STD service be improved.We should provide comprehening service to CSW such as peer education,condom promotion,STD service,VCT and training.Health education focus on key points must be strenghtened and modified health education strategies and methods be modified by different situation.IEC materials must be done by focusing on knowledge weakness.更多还原
