Al3Ti-TiB2-SiC/Al-13Si复合材料的增强机理
Reinforcing mechanism of Al3Ti-TiB2-SiC/Al-13Si composite
【摘要】 为探讨复合材料的增强增韧机理,用MTS800力性试验机测试了材料的力学性能,并用OM和TEM对原位反应与高剪切液态搅拌复合技术制备的A l3Ti-TiB2-SiC/A l-13Si复合材料的微观结构进行了研究.结果表明:热处理态混杂增强复合材料的硬度、弹性模量和高温(350℃)强度都比基体材料高,相对于基体合金,硬度、弹性模量和高温(350℃)强度分别提高20.8%、17.1%、20.7%;A l3Ti-TiB2-SiC/A l-13Si复合材料中第二相TiB2与α-A l之间存在共格对应关系;混杂增强铝基复合材料的主要强化机理:位错强化、固溶强化和细晶强化.
【Abstract】 An advanced Al3Ti-TiB2-SiC/Al-13Si composite was fabricated using in-situ reaction and liquid stirring.The microstructure of Al3Ti-TiB2-SiC/Al-13Si composite was studied in detail by means of OM and TEM.The mechanical properties of the composite were also tested by MTS800 testing machine and reinforcing mechanism of composite was discussed.The results show that in the heat treatment condition,the hardness,high temperature strength and elastic modulus of Al3Ti-TiB2-SiC/Al-13Si composite are higher than those of Al-13Si matrix,and the increasing rate are 17.1%,28.3% and 20.7% respectively.The TiB2 phase in Al3Ti-TiB2-SiC/Al-13Si has the same orientation relationship with α-Al.The reinforcing mechanism for the alloy may be resulted from crystal refinement,solid solution and work hardening.
