【摘要】 铁是生物有机体必需的矿物质营养元素。综述了富铁酵母的研究进展、吸铁转运机制及应用前景。

【Abstract】 Iron is an essential nutrient for nearly all organisms, Research progress, the mechanism of iron-transportation, and the prospect of iron-rich yeast were reviewed in this paper.
