【摘要】 一国宪法经济制度的制定和修正,是由这个国家的社会性质、统治阶级及执政党的目标、目的和利益所决定的,受社会生产力发展水平的制约。由于社会生产力的不断发展变化,也由于立法者的判断认识和实践中诸多矛盾变化的缘故,经济制度不应是一劳永逸、一成不变的,应该随着生产力的发展、社会政治、经济、文化、思想的发展,而不断修正。我国宪法经济制度的变化与发展,记录了中国共产党在政治和经济建设中的基本国策的变化和执政理念的与时俱进。更多还原

【Abstract】 The evolvement of Chinese constitutional economic system reflects the changes in CCP’s fundamental national policies and its spirit of advancing with time in administration idea, which has its historic logic and rule.
