【摘要】 目的　探讨小儿偏瘫型病毒性脑炎脑电图及头颅CT变化。方法　对2 1例小儿偏瘫型病毒性脑炎结合脑电图(EEG)、头颅CT进行分析。结果　EEG检查2 1例,异常2 0例;头部CT检查2 1例,异常13例。结论　EEG是监测脑功能变化及病理变化的敏感指标,可作为脑内病变转归客观依据,而头颅CT检查对偏瘫型脑炎病理解剖形态显示则是重要辅助诊断手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate changes of electroencephalogram(EEg), cranial CT with hemiplegia type of viral encephalitis. Methods Findings of EEG and cranial CT in 21 children with hemiplegia type of viral encephalitis were analyzed. Results Abnormal EEG findings were seen in 20 out of 21 cases and abnormal CT findings were 13 out of 21 cases. Conclusion It is suggested that EEG is very sensitive in monitoring the changes of cerebral function and pathology and can be objective for judging the prognosis of hemiplegia type of viral encephalitis. CT scanning can assist to show cerebral pathological changes in the children with hemiplegia type of viral encephalitis.更多还原
