基于硅双结色敏器件的光功率补偿算法
A Compensated Power Measurement of Light Using Dual Junction Silicon Color Sensor
【摘要】 提出了一种用硅双结色敏器件自动测量光波长和功率时精确修正功率误差的方法.根据两个结的光谱响应曲线,利用补偿算法确定各个波长下每个结的短路电流在光功率计算中的权重;并利用两个结的电流比计算光的波长,根据波长确定的响应度、权重和短路电流,最后算出光功率.整个数据拟合、计算过程均用 Mathemati ca4软件进行,数值分析的结果表明利用补偿算法可以使光功率测量的误差降低1%~5%,并使误差在光谱两端减少发散.
【Abstract】 A new method to measure the wavelength and power of light is presented, which use a dual P-N junction as sensor. The total response of sensor can be compensated into plane by change the weighting of two junctions’ short-circuit current. First the wavelength can be calculated by the short-circuit current ratio of two junctions, then power of light can be calculated accurately by short-circuit current, weighting and response curve. Fitting and calculation is used by the software Mathematica4. It shows that compensation can decrease error of power by 1%~5% and converge the error in two edge of spectrum.
