【Abstract】 To take part in the competition in the world market WISCO has researched and developed UIC54 rail.This new steel grade UIC54 for the purpose of exportation to Pakistan has been successfully researched and developed and properties of the steel are completely in conformity to the new rail standards by analyzing comprehensively the relationship between the chemical compositions and hardness of rails,properly designing the chemical compositions,determining the process route and process parameters,optimizing parameters of the roll pass schedule and stipulating very strict inner control targets and measures for each processing step and as the results the product mix of the rails of the Heavy Section Mill has been well improved.更多还原
